Getting Started with Contactually for Brokerage Admins

Administering Your Brokerage Account
Use the Contactually Partner Admin panel to create and deactivate accounts, as well as track adoption and usage of Contactually to help your team stay on track. You can tag agents with office locations or other descriptives, and set up custom reports to understand team progress and benchmarks. You can also use the admin tool to send personalized emails your agents at scale (ScaleMail), whether you want to deliver information to everyone, or just reach out to a specific group. ScaleMail sends messages from Contactually using your own email account, so that you can get advantages like Email Templates and Open, Click, and Reply tracking on your personalized messages.
Your Contactually accounts all come with tried-and-true content for the real estate industry. However, as the administrator for your brokerage, you can push all kinds of content to match your agents’ needs, your brokerage’s branding, and your own best practices. If you’d like to change Buckets, Email Templates, Programs, or Pipelines to be more brand-specific, you can follow the instructions outlined in this Handbook and accompanying video playlist. If a separate admin account has not been set up for you, please use your own Contactually account.
Training Your Agents
Now it’s time to get your agents set up with Contactually. Our most successful brokerages screen these webinars as a team over the course of two days and include a hands-on workshop. These practices keep everyone involved and allow your agents to ask questions if they get stuck.

This advanced webinar covers how to set up Email Templates and Program automation to help personalize outreach at scale. We recommend only watching this one after your team has watched Contactually 101.
Once your team is familiar with Contactually and have set up their accounts, help them get off on the right foot with our Contactually Homework Checklist. They can keep a copy on their desks to check off what they’ve completed and write down any notes or questions. Ideally, they would make it through the checklist in their first three weeks, and be ready to learn new skills and features with our Advanced Homework.
