There are great ways to meet with your contacts, and great resources out there to help you build your relationship through different and creative approaches.
1. Grab Lunch Together.
A great way to reconnect with old friends, new clients, or prospects is to have lunch with them! Eating is part of your daily routine; why not grab a companion to connect with over lunch? Use sources like LetsLunch
to connect with your LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook contacts. You can also expand your network by having lunch with new people who are relative to your industry.
Grab an old buddy and attend a Meetup
to learn about something new with a whole new group of people, in a professional or casual manner. Attending these Meetups is a great way to meet with new people, as well as do something with a current contacts. There are many non-profit organizations that use these Meetups for help with their projects, so you can even plan a work retreat to these Meetups to help save the world!
3. Video Chat.
Want to reconnect with a friend who lives across the country? No problem! There are so many ways to connect with contacts that may even live on the other side of the globe. Skype

are all great free sources to use to video chat with friends, or even prospective clients. Google+ provides a great platform to connect with up to 10 people at once. Video chatting is great way to build your relationships in a more personal and direct way.
