To save you the time and the effort of sorting through it all, we've sifted through and picked the most important terms for your convenience. They're terms that all real estate agents, old and new, must have in their vocabulary to impress their clients and close some deals. Here are just a few examples of the terms we're debunking and breaking down for you:

Appurtenance: a right, privilege, or improvement belonging to and passing with a principal property.

Client: a customer that is in a binding contractual relationship with a realtor or broker.

Personal chattels: an item of movable personal property, such as furniture, domestic animals, etc.
