Our Full-Featured Chrome Extension Lets You Take Contactually with You

Last fall, Contactually released our completely redesigned Chrome extension for Gmail.

Right away, many of our users identified great tips and tricks that made their relationship-building workflows more efficient.

Martina Dechevska, a top producer with Spire Group in New York, receives new leads in her Gmail account. Using the Contactually extension, when she replies, the lead is immediately added to her account and available in the side panel. From there she can Bucket and Tag the lead, ensuring that the client receives proper follow-up and that she can begin to build a relationship.

Travis Stauffer, an operations lead for the Jody Clegg Team in Los Angeles, uses the extension in a team environment. When the team receives a form-generated lead from their website, Travis can immediately assign that lead via a shared Bucket to the right team member. Travis and the team continue adding their Notes and Interactions, while their activity history logs, as well. Now, all of the agents on the team have a 360° view of the contact right within Gmail.

Now, we’ve released major updates to the extension. Not only can you use it for contact management, you can also use Contactually messaging features to help you efficiently build relationships.

With these new updates, you can schedule a message to go out at a specified time (consider using Contactually’s Best Time to Send feature!); use Contactually email templates; and track messages with open, click, and reply tracking.

Wayne Fenstermacher, Realtor with BHHS Fox & Roach, tried out these new features and says:

“LOVE these updates! I had been paying for another program's email tracking that was a Chrome extension—but now I have that functionality along with the convenience of Contactually's tracking and connection to contacts, too! Brilliant!”

The Contactually Chrome extension for Gmail is included with any Contactually trial or subscription and can be installed here. The extension can be used with any Gmail or G Suite email account, and select other non-Gmail personal accounts that can be accessed using the Gmail mail client.
