If you are one of the organizers or regulars of business networking events you want to ensure that you are creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all of those invited. If you are organizing an event then make sure that everyone understands their responsibility to be inclusive. Invite regulars to come early and welcome newcomers. Many attendees may be invited but not feel welcomed. So it is important when planning events to ensure that everyone that has been invited feels welcomed.
