What are you most proud of?

Helping Laguna Beach Properties—a small, independent firm—succeed in a market dominated by large national and international brokerages.

Why did you need Contactually?

Having used other CRM platforms in the past as VP of Sales for a national manufacturer, I knew I needed one that was not only geared toward real estate but was still economical.

Do you have any tips or tricks for using Contactually?

As with any successful business plan, being consistent with your efforts everyday in Contactually is the key.  Take the time to really learn how to use Contactually, whether it be with the Concierge Service or watching the training webinars that are available.
