Contactually increases Salesforce integration capabilities

Contactually announces the highly anticipated overhaul of its integration with Salesforce. The Washington, DC-based technology start-up is pleased to report that starting today, its Salesforce integration will support all versions of Salesforce from the Contact Management to the Unlimited plan, ensuring that entire range of Salesforce users can benefit from Contactually's relationship management platform and features.

In addition to increasing its compatibility with the Salesforce platform, Contactually's bidirectional update to the Salesforce integration includes:

  • Two-way contact data sync between Salesforce and Contactually

  • Syncing capabilities for tasks, notes, and contacts to and from Salesforce

  • Add follow-up reminders to Salesforce as Tasks

  • Log Salesforce activity as Recent Activity in Contactually

  • Two-way email and social media conversation history sync

  • Choose between adding a record as a Contact or a Lead in Salesforce
