Contactually for Teams & New Features

Contactually was built to help you prioritize your relationships and stay top of mind with your important contacts. But what if you don't work alone? For so many small businesses, keeping in touch with everyone related to your business - leads, clients, past clients, vendors - is so important. Today, we're releasing Contactually for teams. In just a few minutes, you can invite team members and choose which contacts and buckets to share with everyone. You and your colleagues can work together to ensure your company has a strong and active network. This is a new feature, so we're still taking feedback and would love to hear from you. To get started, go to Settings, then click on Team.

Interested in learning more? Learn how Contactually for Teams works this Thursday at 1PM EST/10AM PST. Sign up here for the 30 minute webinar.

When we remind you in the morning of the contacts you should follow up with, many users turn to our web dashboard in order to gain more insight on your contacts: last conversations, social profiles, notes, etc. Now, you can view details of a contact AND write a follow-up directly from our web dashboard. Wherever you see a follow up reminder, just click the Follow Up button, and you'll have all the relevant information at your fingertips. Try it with today or tomorrow's followup reminders.

We'd like to thank so many Contactually users for telling us how important this is for them. Each of us at Contactually has between 3-5 active or past e-mail addresses, as do many of your contacts. Merging your contact's different identities is an important problem. You can now consolidate all your related emails to a single contact with only a couple clicks. To get started, go to view any contact, and click on the Merge option.
