What are you proudest of from the past year?

The support I get from Island Sotheby’s has allowed me to see my business flourish.  We’re always learning, and we’re always being supported with education and the best tools.  It’s helped my business grow, and I feel like a stronger Realtor®.

Why did you need Contactually?

I’ve been in business for a long time, and never found a CRM that worked for me.  We use Rezora for email marketing, but I just needed something that would remind me to call the right people at the right time -- and wouldn’t be overwhelming.  Contactually is exactly what I need. It’s amazing how many listings I’ve gotten as a result of my regular follow up.

What were your results with Contactually?

Specifically, I can think of 3 new listings I’ve received as a result of using Contactually -- and I haven’t even been using it for a year.  And 3 more listings in the pipeline that will happen soon. Contactually has enhanced my business and helped me be a better communicator and Realtor®.  It’s been a huge asset.

Any tips or tricks for using Contactually?

I don’t really have any special tricks.  Contactually is laid out nicely, it’s easy to use, it integrates with our other software, and I love the reminders.  Contactually just works.
