Marketing Manager

 
Contactually is looking for a marketing manager that lives and breathes the importance of data-driven digital marketing. This person will work closely with our VP, Marketing, especially on nurturing leads that come through top-of-funnel sources to become trialing leads for our software.

A great Marketing Manager will know how to use data to segment leads and create messaging according to interests and needs, not just in mass blasts. This person will believe in the importance of testing everything to determine what is working and what is not. This is not a brand management job but is for a marketer who wants to see how marketing affects the revenue and the success of a company quantitatively.

Customer Success Manager

 
We are currently seeking a customer success manager to help us continue to aggressively grow Contactually, particularly focused on identifying and executing strategies to reduce paid account churn. We’re still a very small team (16 people total), and you’ll have a ton of flexibility to define the role and own the entire customer success strategy.

Some background:

Our sales process at Contactually is largely based on inbound leads. Once a user signs up for a trial on Contactually, our inside sales team contacts them to a) suggest strategies to best use Contactually for the user’s needs and b) ultimately convince our trial users to upgrade to a paid Contactually account. This education and sales process generally requires multiple calls over 3-4 weeks during the user’s 30-day trial.

Contactually Inside Sales Account Executive

 
We are currently seeking an inside sales account executive to help us continue to aggressively grow Contactually. We’re still a very small team (16 people total), so you will have the chance to take on a large chunk of ownership of the team and grow into a more senior position really soon.

Our sales process at Contactually is largely based on inbound leads. People sign up for a trial account on Contactually, and if they start using product and activate to a certain threshold, they are passed on to our inside sales account executive team. That team will then call up the lead, get their feedback on the product, and ultimately convince them to upgrade to a paid account. Today we largely sell to individuals and small teams, but we expect to grow upmarket and start selling into larger teams via existing customers in the near future.

Full Stack/DevOps/Mobile Engineer

 
We’re hiring for multiple roles, namely Full Stack Ruby on RailsiPhone Engineer, and Dev Ops. Our entire engineering team works together, but as the team is highly collaborative, you’ll interface with all parts of the company, and learn everything needed to scale an early stage startup.

Every day, you’ll work closely with our design, sales, marketing, and product teams,  building features that make a huge difference for professionals. We work closely with our customers, testing new features and always receiving feedback.
